SWEET AND SAUR CHUTNEY
Ingredients
- Gud (Jaggery) - 2 Cups
- Amchur Powder (Sour dried mango powder) - 2 Tablespoon (as per taste)
- Dhana Jeera Powder (Coriander and Cumin Powder) - 1 Tablespoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
- Toasted Crushed Jeera (Cumin) - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - As Per Taste
- Tamerind paste - 1 1/2 Tablespoon
- Water - 1/2 Cup
- Dates - 10-12
Instructions
- In a pot add jaggery ,water and Dates, let it boil for five minutes.
- Then add amchur powder, red chili powder and let it boil for five more minutes,
- Add tamarind paste boil it till its became a thick paste.
- After cools down add dhana jeera (coriander cumin powder)powder.
- Last add crushed jeera (Cumin).
