SABUDANA WADA
Ingredients
- Sabudana(Topiaka) - 1 Cup
- Crushed Peanuts - 3-4 Tablespoon
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 Teaspoon (As Per Taste)
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Boiled and Mashed Potatoes - 2 Cups
- Salt to Taste
- For Frying Oil
Instructions
- Wash the sabudana for two to three times and keep water until sabudana soak. Keep this way at least for 5-6 hours.
- Mix all the ingredients with little water and let it set for 5-10 minutes.
- Then make a flatten ball and deep fry on medium high flame till golden brown. ( make sure oil should be hot ) eat with yogurt chutney (Located in the chutney section)
