Boondi Raita
Ingredients
- Boondi - 1 Cup
- Chilled Yogurt - 1 Cup
- Sugar (Optional) - 1 Teaspoon
- Chaat Masala - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Roasted Cumin Powder - 2 Pinches
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Chopped Coriander - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt to Taste
Instructions
1) Mix all the ingredients together.
2) Serve it cool with roti or parathas.
