Rawa(semolina)Laddu

Instructions
- In thick bottom pan heat one tablespoon ghee and on low heat roast dry fruits until golden brown and transfer them into the plate.
- On low medium heat add remaining ghee in a same pan and rawa and roast until it changes color very lightly and start getting nice aroma of rawa. This will take atleast 10 -12 minutes. Stir continuously.
- Remove rawa from the heat in plate.
- In a same pan roast greated coconut for 4-5 minutes on low heat.
- Remove coconut in separate plate.
- In same pan add sugar and water and on hight heat stir until its start boiling add saffron.
- Reduce the gas to medium heat and for 7-8 minutes till one thread. Add heavy cream and stir well.
- Switch off the gas.
- Add coconut and dry fruit mix well then add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and rawa and mix evenly.
- cover and keep aside.
- Mix the mixture every 40 minutes for two hours or until it become thick so you can make laddu.
- Now you can make laddu.
