POHA KACHORI
Ingredients
- For Dought
- Boil Grated Potatoes - 1 1/2 Cup
- Bread Slices - 5
- Salt to Taste
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Lemon Juice - 1/2 Teaspoon
- For Filling
- Soaked and Squeeze Poha Remove Excess Water(Beaten Rice) - 1/2 Cup
- Roasted Crushed Peanuts - 2 Tablespoon
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
- Chili Powder (as per taste) - 1 Teaspoon
- Chat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies - 2 Teaspoon
- Grated Ginger - 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped Green Coriander - 2 Tablespoon
- Sugar (Optional) - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt to Taste
- Oil For Frying
Instructions
Dough:
- Add boiled potatoes, bread slices, salt, 1/2 tsp chilly powder and make dough.
Filling:
- Squeeze the poha and add peanuts, green chilies, green coriander, chaat masala, lemon, salt, chilly powder and sugar mix it well and make small ball out of it.
- Take little oil on your hand and take some part of dough, gently press the dough and fill poha mixer into it and close it with little water to seal it properly and press it very lightly to make a shape of kachori.
- Deep fry all the kachori's and serve with tomato ketchup or pudina chutney .
