PANEER CHILLI DRY

Instructions
- In a bowl mix cornflour,all purpose flour,salt,1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, red food color and little water to make thick paste.
- Coat all paneer cubes with the paste and rest for 5 minutes.
- In a skillet heat four tablespoon of oil and fry all paneer cubes from all sides till golden brown.
- Remove and keep it on the paper towel.
- Heat 1 1/2 tablespoon oil in a pan .
- Add chopped garlic and ginger,dry red chilies and green chilies, stir fry until garlic turns golden brown then add chopped white part of spring onion.
- After five minutes add little salt and capsicum in two minutes add pinch of ajinomoto (optional).
- Add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- In a bowl mix green chili sauce,tomato ketchup,soy sauce,honey and vinegar .
- Add this paste to the pan and mix well saute for a minute.
- Add fried paneer cubes mix well .
- Garnish with chopped green spring onions and sesame seeds.
