MUTTON DO PYAZA

Instructions
- Heat the oil in pressure cooker and add clove,cinnamon,green chilies,bay leaves and clove wait till it splutters.
- Add the mutton pieces in oil and saute until mutton turns brown.
- Remove the mutton from oil and keep aside.
- In The remaining oil add chopped onion and saute till light brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and saute for two minutes.
- Add cumin and coriander powder and saute for another minute.
- Add yogurt and mix well cook for three minutes while stirring occasionally.
- When oil start separating add mutton pieces and red chili powder and mix nicely for a two minutes.
- Add one cup of water salt and give a stir.
- Close the cooker lid and give 4-5 whistle . let the cooker cool down.
- Open the cooker and check if the mutton is cooked. If needed again close the cooker and give 1-2 whistle accordingly.
- Open the cooker add 3/4 fried onion and garam masala and mix well and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Decorate with remaining fried onion,thinly sliced ginger and chopped green coriander.
