MIX RAITA
Ingredients
- Yogurt - 2 Cups
- Medium Tomatoe - 1 Chopped In Dice
- Cucumber - 1 Peeled and Chopped In Small Dice
- Medium Onion - 1 Chopped In Small Pieces
- Chopped Green Chilies - 1-2
- Chopped Green Coriander - 2 Tablespoon
- Grated Carrot - 1 Small
- Sugar (Optional) - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt to Taste
- Milk - 1/4 Cup
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Pomegranate Seeds (Optional) - 2 Tablespoon
Instructions
Whisk the yogurt with milk,then add salt as per you taste and sugar mix nicely, now add all the ingredients and mix properly. top with chopped coriander.
