MALPUA WITH RABRI
Ingredients
- FOR RABRI
- Milk Maid/Condensed Milk Can - 1/4
- Milk - 1 Cup
- All Purpose Flour ( Maida ) - 1 Tablespoon
- Grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 100 Gram
- Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Pista , Badam - Chopped 2-3 Tablespoon
- Milk - 1 Tablespoon
- FOR MALPUA
- Saffron - 6-7 Strands
- Water - 2 Cups or 300ml
- Sugar (As Per Sweet) - 1 1/2 Cups
- Oil - For Shallow Frying
- Milk Maid/Condensed Milk Can - 1/2 Can
- Grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 50 Gram
- All Purpose Flour ( Maida ) - 50 Gram
- Warm Water (as needed) - 1 Cup
- Baking Powder - Pinch
- Rawa ( semolina) - 100 Gram
- Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Chopped nuts - 2 Tablespoon
Instructions
For Rabari:
- Crumbled paneer Coarsely.
- In a bowl mix maida and 1 tablespoon milk nicely to make a paste.
- In a pan heat one cup of milk and condensed milk,mix it.
- When milk started boiling after two minutes add maida paste and keep stirring on medium heat and cook for five minutes.
- Add paneer and cardamom powder mix nicely.Let it boil.
- Add chopped mix nuts and switch off the gas.
- After cooling keep it in the refrigerator.
For Malpua:
- In a pot boil water and sugar. Boil it up to one string. Add Cardamom Powder,fennel seeds and saffron.
- In a bowl mix milkmaid, rawa,maida,pinch of baking powder and add one cup of warm water, mix well to make thick runny paste. Mix this paste for five minutes.
- Let it set for fifteen minutes.
- In a mixture add paneer and mix nicely.
- Heat the pan add thin layer of oil for shallow frying add one small ladle (spoon) of mixture,with spacula spread hot oil on malpua.
- Cook till golden brown from both the sides.
- Repeat the process until all malpuas are done.
- Soak malpuas one by one in sugar syrup.
- Place in a plate and add chopped nuts.
