EGG CURRY

Instructions
- In hot oil add whole garam masala for one minute, then add onion.
- Fry until onion is light golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilies and mix it well.
- Then add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder and amchur powder.
- Fry on medium heat for five minutes.
- Add sour cream and salt mix it well and fry until oil extracts.
- On small heat, add green coriander.
- Then add half cup of water and stir it well. Let it boil then taste it, add boiled eggs, cover it and let it boil for five more minutes.
- Last garnish with green coriander.
