BOTTLE GUARD(LAUKI) SOUP
Ingredients
- Medium Bottle Gourd - 1 ( 2 1/4 pounds)
- Medium Onion - Chopped 1 Cup
- Freshly Grated Ginger - 1 Tablespoon
- Spinach - 1/2 Bunch (Optional)
- Unsalted Butter - 3 Tablespoon
- Water - 2-4 Cup (As Needed)
- Salt - As Per Taste
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Garlic Clove - 10-15
- Chicken Cube - 1
- Cream For Garnishing
Instructions
- In cooker add bottle gourd, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, salt and water, spinach (optional)
- Grind all together and strain it, boil and add butter, pepper and one chicken cube.
- Garnish with sour cream.
