CHICKEN KABOB
Ingredients
- Shaan Kabob Masala - 1 Teaspoon
- Ground Chicken - 1.5 Lb
- Onion - 1 Medium Size
- Chopped Green Coriander - 2 Tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1 1/2 Teaspoon (As Per Taste)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
- Sour Cream - 2 Tablespoon
- Salt to Taste
Instructions
- In chopper add onion, green chilies, ginger and garlic chopped finely.
- In a bowl mix ground chicken, and the rest of the ingredients and chopped onion mixture, mix it well and keep it in a refrigerator. For at least one hour.
- Then make kabob roll it into rawa (semolina)and stir fry them.
