CHAPALI KABOB
Ingredients
- Kheema (Ground Meet) - 1/2 Kg
- Medium Size Onion - 3 Finely Chopped and Remove Excess Water
- Chopped Green Coriander - 3 Tablespoon
- Green Chilies (or as per taste) - 3-4 Finely Chopped
- Ginger Paste - 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
- Corn Flour - 5 Or Tablespoon As Needed
- Tomatoes - 3/4 Cup Finely Chopped
- Raw Papaya Paste - 2 Tablespoon
- Egg - 1
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tablespoon
- Crushed Red Chilies (or As Per Taste) - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
- Chapali Kabob Masala (Optional) - 1 Teaspoon
- Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 Tablespoon
- Salt to Taste
- Anardana powder (Pomegranate Seeds) - 1/2 Tablespoon
- For Frying Oil
- Big Tomato - 1 In Thin Round Slices While Frying
Instructions
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients finely,cover it for at least one hour.
- Heat the oil in flat pan , make flat medium size ball and on top of the kabob add tomatoes and press nicely.
- Fry the kabob on medium heat until golden brown from both the sides.
- This kabob goes very well with ketchup and coriander mint chutney.
