Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 Medium sized cut into medium size pieces
- All Purpose Flour ( Maida ) - 1/2 Cup
- Corn Starch - 1/2 Cup
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder (or As Per Taste) - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt - As Per Taste
- Green Chilies Cut Vertical - 5 (As Per Taste)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tablespoon
- Water - 1/2 Cup or as needed
- Cumin Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Red Food Color (optional) - 2 Drop
- Amchur Powder (Dry Mango) - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Chopped Green Coriander - 1 Tablespoon
- Oil - For Frying
Instructions
- Boil water, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and cauliflower for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain the cauliflower and let it cool.
- In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, red food color, salt and water to make thick paste.
- Dip the cauliflower into that paste and coat it nicely.
- In a pan heat oil and add cauliflower one by one and fry till it is done.
- Once completed, add the green chilies in the hot oil and fry them. Add those chilies on top of the cauliflower.
- Lastly, add chopped green coriander on top of the cauliflower.
