BHUNA MASALA
Ingredients
- Oil - 1/2 Cup
- Onion Thinly Sliced - 1 Lb
- Tomatoes Thinly Sliced - 1 Lb
- Bay Leaves - 2
- Salt to Taste - 2 Tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder - 2 1/2 Teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder - 2 1/2 Teaspoon
- Coriander Powder - 2 1/2 Teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 2 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ginger - 50 Gram
- Garlic - 50 Gram
- Water - 1/2 Cup
- Chopped Green Coriander - 1/4 Cup
- Chopped Green Chilies - 2 Tablespoon
Instructions
- In a mixer add ginger ,garlic and water and make smooth paste.
- In a pan heat oil add bay leaves, onion and stir fry on medium until onion is light brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies and stir fry for 2-3 minutes .
- Add tomatoes mix nicely for 2 minutes .
- Add red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and garam masala stir on medium heat until oil is separate .
- Finely add chopped coriander.
You can use this gravy to make chicken,mutton,egg bhuna
