BHINDI (OKRA ) FRY
Ingredients
- Oil to fry
- Bhindi (Okra) - 1.5 lb wash and pat dry Cut Into Thin Lengthwise
- Chick peas (Basan) Flour - Apx 1/2 cup (as needed)
- Ajwain ( Carom) Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - As Per Taste
- Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Cumin Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Amchur or Dry Mango powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 Teaspoon or As Per Taste
- Grated Ginger - 1 Teaspoon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients to the okra do not add gram flour. MIx it nicely and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. Now add gram flour only to coat the okras , heat the oil and deep fry the okras nicely until golden brown .
