GULAB JAMUN
Ingredients
- For Syrup
- Sugar - 2 Cups
- Water - 2 Cups
- Rose Essence - 1 Teaspoon
- Saffron Strands - 10-12
- Cardamom Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- For Gulab Jamun
- Milk Powder - 1 Cup
- Pancake Mix - 1/2 Cup
- Heavy Cream - For Kneading
- Oil For Frying
Instructions
Syrup: In a pot add water and sugar and let it boil till one string add saffron. Let it cool down then add rose essence and cardamom powder. Gulab Jamun
- In a plate mix milk powder and pancake mix then add heavy cream to make a soft dough.
- Make small balls.
- Heat oil in a pan to fry Gulab Jamun till golden brown.
- Remove from the oil on paper towel to remove the oil,then add into the syrup.
- Let gulab jamun stay in the syrup for 5-6 hours then serve.
