Yogurt Chutney For Kabob
Ingredients
- Chopped Green Coriander - 1/4 Cup
- Mint Leaves - 2 Tablespoon
- Garlic Cloves - 2
- Chopped Green Chillies - 2 Or As Per Taste
- Black Salt - 2 Pinch
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
- Salt - As Per Taste
- Tamerind Paste - 1 Teaspoon
- Chat Masala - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Yogurt - !/2 Cup
Instructions
In Blender add all the ingrediants except yogurt and blend until the smooth paste.
Make smooth paste of yogurt with spoon without adding any water.
Add 2-3 teaspoon of the blend mixture into the yogurt and mix well.
Taste the chutney and if needed add more mixture into the yogurt till your desire taste.
