CARAMEL CUSTARD
Ingredients
- For Caramalize
- Sugar - 1/4 to1/2 Cup (as needed)
- Water - 3 Tablespoon
- For Custard
- Eggs - 4
- Milk Maid/Condensed Milk Can - 1
- Milk - 2 Cup
- Vanilla Essence - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
- Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Instructions
Take a baking tray or flat steel dabba and add sugar with the water and on medium heat until the sugar caramelized. Let it cool. In a bowl add eggs and beat them. Then add condensed milk and milk and mix again. Add vanilla and cardamom powder and mix well. Strain the mixture in a baking tray. In a big pot, add water and let it boil. Then add the baking tray with the mixture and cover it . Let it cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool down. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
