DOSA CHUTNEY
Ingredients
- TO GRIND #1
- Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
- Green Chilies - 2
- Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup
- Jeera (Cumin) - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Cloves of Garlic - 2
- Salt - As Per Taste
- Sugar (Optional) - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Curry Leaves - 3
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
- Crushed Roasted Peanuts - 3 Tablespoon
- FOR TADKA
- Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Asafoetida (Hing) - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Curry Leaves - 4
- whole Red Chilis - 2 Cut into Small Pieces
Instructions
- Grind all the ingredients#1 .
- Heat oil add mustard seeds let it crack then add hing, curry leaves ,whole red chili and add all this tadka to chutney.
