STUFFED OKRA(BHINDI)

Instructions
- Wash the bhindi nicely and dry with paper towel or kitchen cloth.
- Remove top and bottom of okra and slit from middle horizontally,repeat the method with all the okras.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and mix well.
- Fill this masala little by little in all okras and Keep remaining masala aside for later.
- Heat the oil and add onion saute for 2 minutes.
- Then add okra and mix well add remaining masala (from step 4) and mix well.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 8-9 minutes.
- Open and stir fry on medium heat for a minute.
- Switch off the gas and decorate with chopped green coriander.
