CUCUMBER RAITA
Ingredients
- Yogurt - 1 Cup
- Cucumber - 2 Grated
- Green Chilies Slit In Vertical - 1-2
- Chopped Green Coriander - 2 Tablespoon
- Roasted Peanuts - 2 Tablespoon Crucshed
- Sugar (Optional) - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt to Taste
- Milk - 1/4 Cup
- Coriander and Cumin Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Curry Leaves - 4-5
- Ghee (Clarified Butter) - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Instructions
- Whisk the yogurt with milk,then add salt as per you taste and sugar mix nicely, now add all the ingredients and mix properly.
- In a small pan heat the ghee add cumin seeds,green chilies and curry leaves and pour all over yogurt mixture,mix well.

- 1 tsp coriander cumin powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2-3 curry leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp ghee or clarified butter
