KARAHI PANEER
Ingredients
- Roast and Grind
- Coriander Seeds - 1 Tablespoon
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tablespoon
- Fennel Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Clove - 3
- Green Cardamom - 4
- Whole Black Pepper - 5-6
- Gravy
- Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Onion - 1 cup Thinly Chopped
- Tomatoes - 3/4 Cup Chopped
- Amchur or Dry Mango powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
- Butter - 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
- Ginger Paste - 1 Teaspoon
- Green Chilies - 2 Slit In The Center
- Baby Onions - 2 In a Big Peices
- Green and Red Capsicum - 1 Cup In A Big Square Peices
- Water - 1/2 Cup
- Cream - 1 Tablespoon
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese ) - 1 Cup Cubed
- Chopped Green Coriander - 2 Tablespoon
- Kasturi Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) - 1 Tablespoon
Instructions
- Take all the dry ingredients roast for 2-3 minutes ,cool down ,peel the cardamom and dry grind.
- Heat the oil saute the onion until golden brown, then add tomatoes and little salt and cook until tomatoes are cooked nicely.
- 1+2 and dry mango powder grind together if needed add little water.
- Ina pan heat the butter and add ginger,garlic paste stir nicely ,now add green chilies.
- Add baby onions cook for two minutes, add capsicum in a minute add masala paste cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add water stir nicely let the water boil add cream and paneer cubes, salt and mix nicely .
- garnish with chopped coriander and kasturi methi
