MEETHA(SWEET)SHEERA
Ingredients
- Rawa ( semolina) - 1 1/4 Cup
- Sugar (As Per Sweet) - 1 Cup
- Saffron - 7-8 Strands
- Cardamom Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Nutmeg Powder - 1 Pinch(Optional)
- Ghee (Clarified Butter) - 3/4 Cup
- Peeled Almonds chopped - 2 Tablespoon
- Chopped Pista - 1 Tablespoon
- Chopped Cashew - 1 Tablespoon
- Salt - Less Than Pich
Instructions
- In pan on medium heat add ghee and Rawa . Stir it till Rawa turn light golden brown.
- In different pan on medium heat add 1 cup water, sugar, 2 cup milk and saffron and boil until sugar is melted.
- Then in Rawa add number 2 on low heat, mix well.
- Add cardamom and nutmeg powder. Stir once and cover with lid till all liquid is evaporate .
- Stir it every 5 minutes. At last add nuts.
